Founding club offer

Refer another club, you both get a month free

Know a neighbouring club, a team in your league, or another branch that would benefit from Comnly? Share the referral link from your Onboard page. It fills in your unique code while leaving them free to choose any package. If they do not have the code, they can enter your club name for manual verification. Once both subscriptions are active and paid, we add one free month to their bill and one to yours. There is no limit on how many clubs you can refer.

How does Comnly pricing work?

Comnly Standard is a flat-rate club subscription. Pick monthly (£39.99/month, or £29.99/month for your first three months as a founding member) or annual (£399/year, saving £81). Native event ticketing and season passes are an optional £20/month or £200/year bolt-on. There are no setup fees and no per-member charges.

What is included in the ticketing bolt-on?

The ticketing bolt-on adds paid and free event tickets, season passes, member and guest checkout, QR passes, door scanning and offline scan support. Ticket and pass payments go directly to your club through its connected Stripe account. Comnly takes no commission; standard Stripe processing fees apply.

Is there a free trial?

Instead of a time-limited trial, your first three months are just £29.99/month. That gives you a full real-world quarter with your committee and members at a reduced rate so you can decide whether Comnly is right for your club.

Are there any per-member fees?

No. You can have 30 members or 3,000 members on the same plan. We do not believe in punishing clubs for growing their membership.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal inside your dashboard. Your club retains access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do you take a cut of member payments?

No. When you send payment links for event fees, kit, or one-off payments, the money goes directly to your club via your own Stripe account. Comnly does not take a percentage of member transactions.

How does the founding club referral offer work?

Every subscribed club gets a referral code and share link. If another club uses it when registering, both clubs get one free month once both subscriptions are active and paid. They can enter your club name for manual verification if they do not have the code. There is no limit on how many clubs you can refer.

Do you offer discounts for larger organisations or chains?

Multi-site chain billing with volume discounts is on the roadmap. If you run multiple clubs or branches today, get in touch via support and we will work something out.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major UK and European debit and credit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported during checkout.

Is VAT included?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable. UK VAT will be added at checkout for VAT-registered businesses where required.
