Member engagement software

Comnly helps clubs and associations keep members involved between visits. Your committee publishes updates, asks for feedback and organises events from the web dashboard. Members read, reply, vote and RSVP in the iOS or Android app. Reporting helps you review participation and decide where a personal follow-up would be useful. The programme and the welcome still come from your club. The reporting screen above shows example data.
What you can do
Keep club news, photos and practical updates in the member feed. Members can revisit a post and reply without searching through an unrelated chat conversation.
Choose an interest, category, team or event audience, then check the recipient preview. Members need the app and notification permission to receive push alerts; their preferences still apply.
Use member polls to ask about activities, dates or club priorities. Publish what you decided afterwards so members can see how their feedback influenced the plan.
Publish event details, collect Going, Maybe and No responses, and use event reminders. An RSVP records intention; compare it with actual attendance when reviewing an event.
Use reporting on reads, replies and event participation to look for patterns. Recorded activity gives context for a conversation; a quiet account is not proof that a member wants to leave.
For an essential notice, ask members to acknowledge it and review outstanding responses. A sent push notification is not a read receipt; an explicit acknowledgement is a separate action.
How it works
For a quiet club night, ask whether the activity, timing and price suit members. Use a poll and a few personal conversations before changing the schedule.
Publish the event with a time, place and clear RSVP request. Target the relevant members and help them find the event in the app.
Compare responses and attendance with a similar event. Agree one change for next time and give it an owner. This is a suggested workflow, not a promised attendance increase.
