What you can do

The full feature surface

AGM-ready voting templates

Pre-built Yes/No and For/Against/Abstain templates for constitutional resolutions and motions, with locked option sets when in AGM mode.

Single or multiple choice

Restrict members to one vote, or allow multi-select for "pick your top three" survey scenarios.

Anonymous voting mode

Anonymous polls label identity confidentiality in the member UI and store votes without identifying the voter.

Live results

Live percentage breakdowns visible to admins (and to members, when configured) as votes come in.

Close poll controls

Owners and admins with content scope can close a poll at any time. Closed polls reject new votes server-side.

Targeted polls

Restrict a poll to committee, a category, or a specific cohort. Member-facing recipients match the audience scope of the parent post.

How it works

From idea to delivered in minutes

STEP 01

Compose the poll

Attach a poll to any post. Pick a template (Yes/No, For/Against/Abstain) or build a custom multi-choice set.

STEP 02

Members vote in-app

Members tap to vote from the post feed or detail screen. Single or multi-select enforced by the poll mode.

STEP 03

Close and record

Close the poll when voting ends. Results are timestamped and saved against the post for audit purposes.

FAQ

Common questions

Are Comnly polls legally binding for AGM votes?

Whether an electronic vote is binding depends on your constitution. Comnly provides timestamped, audit-friendly records of who voted when, which most modern constitutions accept. Check your governing document before relying on it for binding resolutions.

Can votes be truly anonymous?

Yes. In anonymous mode, votes are recorded without linking them to the voter in member-visible records. Admins see aggregate counts only.

Can members change their vote?

In standard mode, a vote is final once submitted. Closed polls reject new and changed votes server-side.

Can we restrict who can vote?

Yes. Polls inherit the audience scope of the parent post, so you can run committee-only votes, full-member-only votes, or category-specific polls.

Can we export poll results?

Aggregate results are available in the admin view. For named (non-anonymous) polls, you can export the per-vote record for committee minutes.
